Please note that, due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations in colour, texture, or design are natural and do not constitute defects.

Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
- Items must be shipped back in secure packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
Refund Policy
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos or videos of the item and packaging.
- Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
